Review: I only needed two small pieces of wire for a simple cake decoration and made it clear that I was happy to pay for them—it was never about getting them for free. Still, the staff refused to help me, just because I wasn’t buying flowers. I was told it was ‘company policy,’ but honestly, it felt more like a lack of basic customer service and an unwillingness to be helpful. The staff member was cold and dismissive, which was really disappointing. It’s frustrating to be treated this way over something so minor when I was simply trying to make a fair purchase – never ever back!
