Review: Went into the store today 08/06/25 and an lady fell down the stairs the servers on the till didnt bat an eyelid just carried on serving one finished serving and left the tills to assist customers it took a customer telling them it had happened to get them over, I had checked her over and helped her then a staff member finally came over and called somebody, I went to speak to the manager to be told he is doing something not coming to check on the customer who has fallen but something so finally got to speak to him to be told ‘well my staff came to her’ but changed his story when he was informed I was the person who was next to her and helped her as it happened and that the till staff carried on serving, When it was mentioned I was a first aider he said ‘well I will have to retrain my staff’ very flippant attitude towards it no mention of an accident report and one wasn’t filled in for the customer who fell no names or contact numbers of witness taken either this is very poor management and a violation of health and safety he just went back into the back of the store.
