Review: Product and Service both disappointing – ordered a special birthday arrangement with specific colours that held personal meaning. The florist delivered totally the wrong colours. While they admitted the mistake eventually when contacted, they refused to make it right or offer a replacement. A disappointing experience, especially when a gift intended to bring joy was handled without the care or service you’d expect during or after. Sadly cannot recommend.
